Training Material Sustainable Heating and Cooling in Santa Chiara District (Italian)

A look at the design and implementation of low-carbon heating and cooling technologies in the Santa Chiara cultural centre (B6) and building B1 in Trento, including the geothermal heat-pump system. Drawing on TERA’s engineering experience, it shows how the district’s renovation cuts energy use and emissions.

Lean Construction Methodology Training Material (Spanish)

A Spanish-language training session, delivered by Estudio Metro7 and Zaragoza Vivienda, on applying Lean Construction tools — 5S, IPD, LPS, Kanban and A3 — to the Zaragoza pilot building. It also explores how Lean methods can be put to work for social inclusion on renovation projects.

Social Inclusion and Gender Impact Matrix Training Material

An interactive training and survey on social inclusion, energy justice and gender mainstreaming in deep renovation. It uses the Gender Impact Matrix to surface the social barriers that affect renovation projects and to assess how InCUBE’s innovative technologies can help advance women’s empowerment in the construction and energy sectors.
