The Centre for Research and Technology-Hellas (CERTH), founded in 2000, is a leading Research Centre in Greece and in the EU. It is a legal entity governed by private law with non-profit status. CERTH consists of five (5) institutes that bring together more than 1100 people, in 6 regions and 7 cities. It is currently ranked in the 15th position among the EU Research Centers in terms of H2020 Net EU Contribution.
INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS FOR ZERO AND POSITIVE ENERGY BUILDINGS DIH (IsZEB)

The IsZEB Cluster was founded in 2020 with special focus on the Construction domain aiming to provide tools and guidelines for the entire lifecycle of a smart zero or positive energy building. Established in the region of Central Macedonia, it offers multiple services, covering the phases of planning, commissioning, construction, renovation, demolition and recycling of buildings and building components.
Kentyou was created in 2020, after 7 years of R&D activities within the CEA. Kentyou is based in Grenoble, and also has a representative office in Spain. Kentyou develops the vision of a smart city that puts local ecosystems and citizens’ needs at the centre of the Smart City. To achieve this, Kentyou provides open-source solutions to collect and analyse urban data and build software solutions that meet the demands of citizens and the needs of communities.

Eneren Srl was founded in 2008 by a group of experts, guided by the common goal of developing technologically advanced, efficient, and sustainable solutions for residential and commercial air conditioning. Today Eneren is focused on creating innovative heat pump air conditioning systems by using renewable energy as primary source.
The purpose of Zaragoza Vivienda is to achieve greater efficiency in the municipal actions designed to promote the regeneration of the city through different actions such as public subsidies to promote the refurbishment of the private housing sector, the construction of new social housing buildings and the urbanization of the land in order to achieve a total revitalisation of the existing city and degraded urban zones.
