The InCUBE presentation featured industry leaders discussing the development of new solutions and techniques for sustainable renovation. Speakers included José Bailach Hernandis, Managing Partner at METRO7; Mapi Dal, Architect at METRO7; Alberto Moldon, Director at Kover SXXI; and Clara Lorente Martín, Architect specializing in sustainability and energy efficiency at Fundación CIRCE. Their insights emphasized the importance of collaboration in achieving large-scale urban renewal.
With renovation on the InCUBE demo set to start in February 2025, Zaragoza is positioning itself as a leader in scalable urban rehabilitation. The success of this project could serve as a model for other European cities looking to accelerate sustainable renovation.
