We are pleased to announce that a new scientific article has been published as part of the INCUBE project. The article is titled “Modeling the Optimal Transition of an Urban Neighborhood towards an Energy Community and a Positive Energy District”.
The article was co-authored by researchers from the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK), one of the key partners in the InCUBE project. The article is published in the journal Energies and highlights the progress made on the Trento demo site.
The study explores innovative approaches for transforming urban neighborhoods into energy communities and Positive Energy Districts (PEDs), with a focus on optimizing the energy transition in Trento. By employing advanced modeling techniques, the research offers insights into how cities can shift towards more sustainable, energy-efficient, and inclusive urban environments.
