On May 14th, InCUBE invites construction professionals to Drinks & Drafts—an immersive training and networking event in Zaragoza that’s all about applying Lean Construction Management to real renovation challenges.
The event starts with a 60-minute training session led by experts from Metro7 and Zaragoza Vivienda. You’ll explore practical Lean tools—like value stream mapping and pull planning—used to streamline renovations and reduce waste, with insights from InCUBE’s own Spanish demo site in Balsas de Ebro Viejo.
Following the training, you’ll roll up your sleeves during a bilingual (EN/ES) workshop. This hands-on session brings the theory to life, guiding you through how Lean tools are being applied on the ground in Zaragoza. Facilitators will walk you through real examples and help you explore how to adapt the approach to your own renovation projects.
