On 31 October 2023, the article From 3D Surveying Data to BIM to BEM: The InCUBE Dataset was published in the The International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences journal.
This paper presents the InCUBE dataset which is dedicated to advancing building renovation in the European Union by employing integrated strategies and processes for efficient management of the built environment. The dataset encompasses both raw and processed data generated for the Italian demonstration site located in the Santa Chiara district of Trento, Italy. The wide-ranging nature of the shared data opens up numerous potential applications, research avenues, and advancements, some of which are discussed in this paper.
